What Milepost does

Your doctors’ records, gathered

Milepost requests your records from the doctors and hospitals you’ve seen over the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Anything on paper can be uploaded, and Milepost shows what may be missing.

A summary for any new doctor

Your medical history is set out in words you can follow and kept current as new records arrive. It’s ready for your Welcome to Medicare visit, a yearly wellness visit or a new doctor.

Your medicines and labs, in order

Your medicine list is drawn from your records, and pharmacy fills appear when the records carry them. Results such as cholesterol, blood sugar and kidney function become trends with plain explanations.

Help from family, on your terms

You can let a son, daughter or spouse see your profile, and choose who can help manage it. Grown children can also run a profile for a parent they look after.

What makes Milepost different

Your history, apart from plan shopping

Milepost keeps your health history ready for your doctors. It doesn’t compare, sell or recommend Medicare plans, and Triangle takes no money from drug makers, laboratories or hospitals.

Decades of offices, one history

A patient portal such as MyChart is offered by a health system for the care it provides, and some offices you saw years ago may have closed or merged. Milepost brings records from many doctors and hospitals into one history.

Answers drawn from decades of records

If you ask ChatGPT, Claude or Grok without your records, you get general answers. Milepost’s chat answers from your own history, and its answers are checked against the evidence a second time.

A clinician who has read your history

Membership includes a licensed clinician’s review of your medical history. You also meet a clinician for an intake visit during setup.

Who uses Milepost

The team behind Milepost

Milepost is made by Triangle, whose legal name is Triangle Health, Inc.; the company is based in Pasadena, California, and is backed by a $4 million pre-seed round announced in March 2026. Its co-founders, Arun Verma (CEO), Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop, began Triangle after Arun’s brain tumor diagnosis in 2023. The research Arun once did alone became Triangle's service, offered through Milepost to people reaching 65.

Frequently asked questions

Is Milepost part of Medicare, and who makes it?

No. Milepost is made by Triangle, a private company, to gather your health history into one plain-language summary. It is not part of Medicare or the US government.

How much does Milepost cost each month?

Milepost begins with a free trial of 7 days, and a card is required. The price after that is $9 a month, and you may cancel in any month.

Does Milepost act as a doctor?

No. Triangle gives research and educational support only. Milepost will not diagnose, treat or prescribe; your own clinicians decide on your care.

Will ChatGPT, Claude or Grok work with my Milepost summary?

Yes. In the assistant, add https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, the address of Triangle's MCP server, then decide what it is allowed to see. Triangle has written plain, step-by-step guides for each one at trianglehealth.com/agents.

Is my health history safe with Milepost?

Yes. Your history is encrypted by Triangle both while it is stored and while it travels, and Triangle is HIPAA compliant. Your information is not for sale and is never shared for advertising, and you decide who can see your profile.

Will Milepost help me choose a Medicare plan?

No. Milepost holds your health history and leaves the plan choice to you. For help choosing, use the plan finder on Medicare.gov, or talk to your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), which Medicare.gov lists by state.

Can it connect to my Medicare account?

Not today. Triangle gets your records from your doctors and hospitals through the national health-record networks, and you can upload anything you have on paper.

Will it reach doctors I saw years ago?

A clinician signs the records request with you, and Triangle sends it through the national networks. Not every office can be reached that way, so upload what you have on paper, and Milepost shows what may still be missing.
